The Hum app allows users to:
- Utilize GPS to locate any Hum-equipped car when needed.
- Assess the car’s health and identify issues from a smartphone before hitting the road.
- Connect with certified mechanics for unbiased advice.
- Review the vehicle’s location history and trip details, including average and maximum speed, mileage, fuel usage, trip time, and idle time.
- Establish a connection with emergency services for assistance, even if there’s no response to an agent.
- Request 24/7 help for flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, and tows, with the ability to track the service provider’s progress on the map.
- Collect data on driving events such as acceleration, speed, braking, and cornering to understand and adjust behavior or coach others to become safer drivers.
- Receive reminders for routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, or other services.
